We only build resorts on Kauai, which means we have a vested interest in keeping Hawaii's Garden Island as pristine as when we built our first resort here over 20 years ago.

PAHIO's care for the island ecology goes well beyond governmental regulations and requirements. As just one of many examples, we will not develop projects with the maximum unit density allowed by local codes.
